The museum is housed in 7,500 square feet of space and surrounded by three acres of landscaped grounds and gardens. The permanent collection includes over 1500 works of art - paintings, photography and graphics. This museum is open from July to October 31, Monday through Saturday from 10:30am to 5pm and Sunday from 2pm to 5pm.

The Ogunquit Heritage Museum presents a collection of artifacts that chronicle the history of the town and the surrounding area. The museum collections are housed inside the Captain James Winn House, which dates back to 1780 and is located on Obeds Lane.
